2. General Information on Data Processing

Using the Bunt app is generally possible offline and without registration. No personal data is transmitted to us or to third parties without your consent.

• No user account creation
• No advertising
• No analytics or tracking services in the app (see section 5 for the website)
• No location tracking
• No data sharing with third parties (exception: iCloud, see section 3)

3. Data Processing Within the App

All data entered (e.g. notes, checklists, assessments) is stored encrypted locally on your device.

Without your consent, no synchronization with external servers takes place. Your data remains encrypted on your device.

Optionally, you can synchronize your data using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). In this case as well, your data is transmitted to Apple CloudKit only in encrypted form. This is referred to as end-to-end encryption. Without your personal security key, the data cannot be read. Not even by Apple.

4. App Store (Apple)

To download the app, you use the Apple App Store, operated by:

When downloading the app, Apple processes various data (e.g. Apple ID, device data, IP address, payment information).

5. Website Analytics

On our website bunt-app.de, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA).

• No cookies are set
• No personal data (such as IP addresses) is collected or stored
• No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking takes place
• Only aggregated, anonymous usage data is collected (e.g. page views, referrer, browser type)

This is based on our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required as no personal data is processed.

Vercel participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.

Note: This analytics applies exclusively to the website. The Bunt app itself does not use any analytics or tracking services.

6. Language preference in the browser

On our website, we store your preferred display language locally in your browser so the page is automatically shown in your chosen language on your next visit.

• Only the language code is stored (e.g. "de", "en" or "es")
• Storage occurs in your browser's Local Storage and Session Storage — never on our servers
• No personal data is stored or transmitted
• No tracking, no profiling, no identification takes place

Storage is based on § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG (technically necessary storage for delivering the service explicitly requested by the user – displaying content in the chosen language). No consent is required.

You can delete the language preference at any time by removing the browser data for this website in your browser settings.

7. Contact

If you contact us by email, the data you voluntarily provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) will be used exclusively to process your request.

8. Legal Bases

Personal data is processed exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG).
