Create a course event

Schedule a lesson in the calendar with a course, time range, and repetition.

Overview

A course event is an event linked to a lesson. The repetition option also supports complex rhythms such as A/B weeks.

How to find it

  1. In the side menu, open the Timetable area.
  2. Press and hold the desired time range and choose Course event.

Step by step

  1. Select the course from the list.
  2. Set the lesson start and lesson end.
  3. Turn on Repeat and set the frequency and interval.
  4. Set the end date of the repetition.
  5. Confirm with Save.

Optional

  • A/B weeks: Set the frequency to Weekly and the interval to 2.
  • Monthly: Choose Monthly as the frequency.
  • Label: Add a short title for the lesson.
